New features
Redesigned dynamic org chart
We have released a new and improved dynamic org chart that's just like the TeamOhana org chart you know and love, only better.
The org chart still contains both your in-seat employees as well as your approved hires, but it features all-new functionality, like dragging and dropping org chart nodes to update their reporting manager. We have also improved the navigation experience, allowing you to zoom in and out using your mouse's scroll feature.

New employment types and pay rates
Building an accurate headcount budget is hard enough when you’re only working with full time employees - and when you introduce interns and contractors to your headcount plan, it opens up a whole new can of worms, and often results in best estimates and even some guesswork.
With TeamOhana’s expanded employment types, you can input hourly pay rates and employment end dates to introduce a new level of accuracy and precision into your headcount plan.
Now, in addition to Full time employees, you can also plan for temporary workers like contractors and interns. This functionality allows you to input employment end days and monthly or hourly pay rates to build the most accurate budget forecast possible.
