You can upload your employees separately or all together to Teamso with Excel.
You can upload all of them at the same time by downloading the sample table in the add relevant additions with Excel field and filling it in the requested format.
Step 1:
To add personnel with Excel, click on the "Add Excel" button on the top right. Download the sample table and upload the table you prepared in the requested format to Teamso.
Click on the "Add Employee" button for separate employee additions.
Step 2:
Fill in the required employee information.
To send login information to the employee you added to Teamso, you need to check the "Send Email Login Information" button.
You can request the employee's employment documents or documents related to the employee that you want to keep digitally by checking the "Request Data Entry" field.
The last added employee appears at the top of the personnel list.
You can see and change the current status of your data entry request and mail confirmation information from this page.

Change password,
Edit personal information,
Assigned inventory list,
Update branch,
Note,
Shuttle assignment
Send login information,
Data entry request,
Disable
You can request data entry and inactivate the person from this field.
