How can I add an approval process in the leave section?

To create an approval process for leaves, navigate to Leave > Approval Process from the homepage.

You can start the approval process by clicking the "Add" button in the top right corner.

Step 1:

Select the department where the approval process will be added. Each department requires a separate approval process.

Step 2:

You can enter personnel information to advance the approval steps in the process. While selecting personnel, you can filter by specific positions or departments to determine the employees to whom you will assign responsibilities.

For a multi-stage approval process, click the "Next" button. If it’s a single-stage process, you can complete it by clicking "Save." You can enter information for one or more employees in the personnel field.

Step 3:

Once one of the selected individuals in the first stage of the approval process gives approval, you will move to the second stage. You can also filter by department and position to determine the employees who will be assigned responsibilities.

After identifying the employees to assign responsibilities to, click "Next" to proceed to the third approval step.

If it will be a two-stage process, you can complete the approval process by clicking "Save."

Step 4:

The approval process can consist of three steps. In the final step, you will enter the employee to whom responsibilities will be assigned to complete the approval process.

If the manager box is checked, the approval will go to the manager defined in Teamso for the employees.
