How can I assign responsibilities in the leave section?

By assigning responsibilities in the leave section, you can define the rights of the employees you have selected regarding leave types, leave responsibility areas, and personnel leave report responsibility information.

Step 1:

Click on Leave > Manage Responsibilities.

You can access the authorization area by clicking "Add."

Navigate to the section where you want to assign responsibilities.

In the first step, select the department for the responsibility assignment. Then, choose the position and the employee to whom you will grant authorization.

Leave Type Responsibility Information:

  • Deleting Leave Type List

  • Adding Leave Type List

  • Responding to Leave Type List

  • Viewing Leave Type List

  • Updating Leave Type List

  • Managing Leave Type Module Responsibilities

Leave Responsibility Information:

  • Adding Leave List

  • Managing Leave Module

  • Viewing Leave List (multiple)

  • Adding Leave List (multiple)

Personnel Leave Report Responsibility Information:

  • Viewing Personnel Leave Report List

  • Managing Personnel Leave Report Module Responsibilities

After selecting the desired areas, you can define the responsibilities by clicking "Add."

After assigning employees, you can edit using the pencil icon, and you can remove the employee's authorizations with the trash icon.
