You can easily manage who has admin access to your team's schedules within Surfboard.
There are two types of roles within Surfboard:
Manager: users have access to the manager account and their edit/view permissions can be defined per team.
Surfer: users can only see their own schedule and can preview the team schedule.
๐ก It's possible to be a manager and a surfer and view both accounts if you are also scheduled within Surfboard.
Team permissions
Surfboard offers team permissions to enhance control, streamline workflows and better support organisations with multiple teams.
It allows you to control which team schedules managers can access. By defining specific permissions for each manager, you can tailor access on a team by team basis. The ensures that only the right people can make changes to relevant schedules โ preventing unwanted or accidental edits.
