The basics
You can access Surfboard via app.teamsurfboard.com. (Bookmark it!)
Enter the name of your organisation to login. This is usually the company name, all in lowercase with no spaces or punctuation, e.g. mycompany
Accept your invitation
An account admin will add you to Surfboard and then send you an invite when you're ready to start using the app.
The invitation will be sent to your email address. It will look like the email shown below. Click on the button in the email.
If your team uses Google Single Sign On (SSO) then you can click continue with Google and login right away. If your team doesn't use Google SSO then you can create a password to access your account.
Logging in
After you have accepted your invitation, you can then access Surfboard at any time using the URL.
Go to app.teamsurfboard.com.
Enter the name of your organisation to login. This is usually the company name, all in lowercase with no spaces or punctuation, e.g. mycompany
Select the login method you set-up when you accepted your invitation (username and password or Google SSO)
Troubleshooting login errors
Invalid request
🔴 Problem: Your Surfboard invitation may have expired
🟢 Solution: Ask your manager to send you a new invitation in Surfboard
Access denied
🔴 Problem: You are not a part of the organisation you are trying to login to
🟢 Solution: First, double check the organisation name is correct (as a reminder, don't include any spaces). If that is correct, ask your manager to double check your email in Surfboard is correct.
