We offer three sign in options for teams. If you would like to add or change your organisations sign-in settings, contact your Customer Success manager.
Username and password
Users can log in using their email address, username and password.
If using username/password our password policy is:
at least 8 characters including at least 3 of the following 4 types of characters: a lower-case letter, an upper-case letter, a number, a special character (such as !@#$%^&*).
Google single sign on (SSO)
Users can log in to Surfboard using their Google account
Okta single sign on (SSO)
Users can log in to Surfboard using their Okta account
