We understand that every client has a different set of needs and requirements. That's why none of our subscriptions have a minimum term, which means you can stay with us for as long (or as short) as you would like. We do not have a notice period should you wish to cancel; however, you must ensure that you cancel your subscription by the time and date of your renewal via your account as payments are processed automatically and we may not being able to process a refund after this time.
To cancel your subscription, follow the steps below:
Login to your Account at The Elocution Academy by clicking here.
Once you Account has loaded up, you will find an overview of your subscription on the right-hand side. If you have an active subscription, a 'Cancel' button will show.
On clicking this button, you will be warned that you are about to cancel your active subscription. To confirm your cancellation, please follow the onscreen prompts.
If you cancel before your renewal date/time and wish to reverse your decision, you can easily click 'Reactivate' where the 'Cancel' button once was.
Please Note: Once a subscription has been cancelled and the renewal date/time has passed, we will be unable to reactive your subscription automatically. If you decide at some point in the future to re-subscribe, fees will be charged at the current rate at the time and any promotional rates may no longer apply.

No, you will continue to have access up until your renewal date/time; however, after this, you will still be able to login to your account but any courses linked to your subscription will no longer be visible.

Depending on when you joined us, you may not see the 'Cancel' button on your Account page. In this case, please contact us by live chat, email at support@theelocutioncoach.com or by phone on +44 (0) 330 043 98 94 to cancel your subscription. As this is not an automatic process, you will need to contact us at least two working days prior to your renewal date/time.
