At The Elocution Coach, we offer a feedback tool that allows clients on our 1:1 and ElocutionPro+ subscriptions to submit unlimited video and audio files for feedback. This tool makes it easy for clients to receive personalised feedback from our coaching team, so they can improve their speaking skills week-on-week.
There are two ways to submit video and audio files for feedback via the Academy:
Option 1: The Academy Dashboard
Click on the "Feedback Tool" module under "Courses".
Follow the prompts to record and/or upload your video or audio file.
Once you have uploaded your file, our team will review it and provide feedback within 48 hours.
Option 2: The Live Chat
Open our live chat widget and scroll down.
Click on "Open Video" button under the "Submissions Tool" section.
Follow the prompts to record and/or upload your video or audio file.
Once you have uploaded your file, our experts will review it and provide feedback within 48 hours.
Tips for submitting your video or audio file:
Our platform currently has a limit of 5 minutes per audio/video recording
Make sure your video or audio file is of good quality (clear audio and video)
Use a neutral background and avoid distractions
Speak clearly and at a moderate pace
Send as many files as you would like, it's unlimited for a reason!

Once our team have reviewed your audio or video file, you will receive your personalised feedback via the live chat. If you're not logged in, you will receive a copy via your email inbox with a link to view it.

We aim to respond to all feedback requests within 48 hours. If you urgently need feedback (i.e. for an event or interview), please send us a live chat message to make us aware so we can prioritise your submission if possible.

We would also recommend reaching out to our team via live chat or by giving us a call on +44 (0) 330 043 98 94 if you suspect that a video has not gone through properly. We will always respond to feedback requests, even if we need more information; therefore, if you haven't heard back within 48 hours, there may have been an error with your submission.
