🔍 Step-by-step:
Go to the Course Bookings page
From the top navigation, open the Training dropdown and select Course Bookings.Click the “Book Course” button
This will open the course booking form.Fill in the booking form
Provide the necessary details, including:Course details: Choose the course category, course name, and select delegates.
If you can't find the delegate you are looking for you will have to add them in the platform. 👉 See: How to Add a New User
Location information: Select the brand, region, and location where the course will be held.
Contact details: Choose the contact person who should receive the booking confirmation.
You’ll also see a “Dates to Avoid” section where you can highlight any days that won’t work for your team. The TRG team will use this to help schedule the course.
Click “Book Course”
Once submitted, your booking request will be sent to the TRG team for review.
✅ What happens next?
The TRG team will confirm the course date and assign an instructor.
Once confirmed:
The contact listed will receive a confirmation email with a document attached.
The booking status will update in the system.
✏️ Editing or Cancelling a Booking
If you need to make changes, open the booking and click Edit or Cancel.
This sends a request to the TRG team, who will confirm the update or cancellation on their end.
