From a Sample Event Dashboard, a Field Sample Report displaying the information they requested can be created. The three reports available are Lab Check In, Event Summary and Lab Results Maps.
Batch Field Sample Reports may all be generated from the List View.
Batch Field Sample Reports
To generate a Batch Field Sample Report navigate to the Field Sample feature.
In the lower right-hand corner, select the arrow next to 'Last Sampled Report'.
Click 'Batch Report'.
3. A new window will render with the available report options.
4. Complete the required information and select 'Submit'.
5. An email from webmaster@agrian.com will be sent to the email address associated with the account.
Multi-Field Event Summary Batch Report (Combine all Fields into one Report) Example:
After selecting Event Summary, in the next window choose 'Combine all Fields into one report'. This will allow you to generate a report that contains multiple fields with results for each field.

Multi-Field Batch Nutrient Summary Report Example:
After selecting Nutrient Summary, in the next window choose 'Combine all Fields into one report'. This will allow you to generate a report that contains multiple fields with results for each field.
Select the type of report and then submit. You will then receive an email from webmaster@agrian.com which contains the report.
💡Fields must be within 20 miles of each other or this report will fail.
💡The Lab Check-In from the Batch feature also allows for a Condensed Lab Check-in to be printed. This allows 4 sample events to show on one page.
Condensed Event Summary Report:
This report displays the same information that is in the Event Summary report, excluding a field map.
After selecting Batch Report from the Grower or Farm Level select Condensed Event Summary Report. The report will be sent to the email address associated with the account. For each field selected, a table view of all nutrients will print.
Last Sampled Report Example:
These reports are very useful to see which fields are in need of sampling next.
Navigate to field sample list view.
In the lower right corner of the page, click on 'Last Sampled Report'.
Choose either soil or plant samples.
The samples represented in this report will change depending on what you have selected in your data browser.
If the grower is selected, you will see all the samples for the grower
If a farm is selected, you will see all the samples for that farm
This report will display all fields that have had samples, the last date they were sampled, the method (Composite, Point, Zone), number of samples as well as the density.
Single Report Options
To generate a report for a specific event, navigate to the event, and select the 'i" icon. Then select "Report" in the bottom right-hand corner. A new window will display the following Report options.
Lab Check-In Report:
A Lab Check-In is required to send soil samples to a lab so that the results are processed correctly and electronically sent back to TELUS Agronomy. The lab check-in has all the required information a lab will need. It also includes sample depth and sampler information. Examples of what a lab check-in will look like depending on the sample type are listed below.
Fill out the following information for 'Lab Check-In'.
A. Lab: Select the relevant lab from the available options.
B. Sample Package: Select the package type. Package types are lab specific.
C. Recommendation Maps: Add a recommendation request for a specific crop and desired yield. Multiple lab recommendation requests can be added to a single Lab Check-In Sheet.
2. Click 'Print' to generate a PDF Report.
3. The Lab Check-In will display all of the necessary information for the lab to process the sample data correctly and submit the results into TELUS Agronomy.
4. Condensed Lab Check-Ins are available that simply contain the QR Code and pertinent information - no map. This only takes a portion of a page per sample event compared to a whole page per sample event for a regular lab check-in.

Field Sample Map Report
This report shows where all samples were taken from.
This report is accessible through the sample dashboard by clicking the 'Report' button.
It doesn't include results.
Users can choose whether or not to have SSURGO in the background.

Event Summary Report
An Event Summary will summarize all the data for an event into a single report.
The user has the following options to toggle Yes or No:
A. Nutrient Results - this option includes the nutrient results for the sample event.
B. Texture Results - this option includes soil texture results if provided by the lab.
C. Rec Results - select this option to include the lab recommendations
D. Color Code Results - this option provides users with color-coded results. However, the lab must submit a color scale with the results.
E. Include Map - select this option to include a map with the event summary report.
F. SSURGO Overlay - this option allows users to see an SSURGO overlay on the map
3. Click 'Print' to generate a PDF Report.

Next is the Lab Results Map:
Four-Panel Report: By default, the elements will be displayed as one map per page. There is also an option to display four-element maps per page.
Sample Value: Displays the sample value as a label on the map for the selected elements.
Value Description: Description of the value given by the lab. Examples are Very Low, Low, Medium, Optimum, High, Very High.
SSURGO Overlay: Overlay the SSURGO soil layer on the map.
Display Order: Allows users to change the way the nutrients are displayed in the report.

3. If custom color scales are set, they will also display on the report. Below is an example of how this report would look when custom color scales are used. See Settings for more info on creating custom color scales.

Last Sampled Report
These reports are very useful to see which fields are in need of sampling next.

Choose either soil or plant samples.

If the grower is selected, you will see all the samples in order of most recently sampled to oldest samples for that grower.
If a farm is selected, you will see all the samples for that farm in order of most recently sampled to the oldest samples.
