If you are attempting to publish an audit but you receive the following message:-
'Assessor has had competency for this assessment type but due date is not within the start and end dates' or 'Assessor does not have competency for this assessment type'
First you need to navigate to the manage assessors page, on the right hand side in the Action menu, select Manage Assessors:-
Use the filters to find your assessor for the assessment in question and then refer to the Global column on the page:-
If there is a tick here and you are getting the message 'Assessor has had competency for this assessment type but due date is not within the start and end dates' then it is likely that the Assessor has Global Assessor Approvals but they are of date, if you contact support@muddyboots.com with an up to date certificate for the assessor then this can be updated and you will be able to publish.
Likewise if there is no tick at all then Global Assessor Approval will need to be created, send the same as above in to the same address and this can be actioned also.
