When creating records in the system make sure you have selected the correct season that you’d like that record connected to.
1. Your season selector is located next to your site name in the top left hand corner:
2. When you click on the drop down arrow you will see all the seasons which are available for you to select. If you are an administrator or standard user you will also have a Manage Seasons option at the bottom of the list.
3. To manage the seasons click Manage Seasons to open the following sub-menu.
4. You can click on a tick to make that your current season or click on a bin to remove a season. Then click Save. You can only remove a season if there is no data related to that season.
5. You can also add a season by clicking on Add a season. The system will give you options to add in newer or older seasons.
6. Once added click Save
You can then carry on adding the records that you require for that season.

Within the site setting screen you can choose your own default seasons dates. This saves you time by pre-setting the Date From and Date to when creating new crops.
7. To do this click on Site Settings under actions on the dashboard screen.
8. If you scroll down you will see Default Seasons Start and End. Once updated click Save.
