Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Open your browser and go to the landing page of TELUS Farm Management
Click Sign In then enter your email address and click Next.
Enter your password and click Sign In.
Step 2: Navigate to the Subscription area
After logging in, navigate to the Subscription area by selecting Subscription in the top right corner of your screen.
Click the Profile tab and on the right side of your screen, under the Actions menu, select Manage Authenticator.
Step 3: Choose Your 2FA Method
You will then be directed to the Manage Authenticator screen. Click on Add an Authenticator as displayed below.
A QR code will be displayed along with instructions for using an Authenticator App to complete the process. Kindly follow the steps provided to finalise the setup.
Once the process is complete, you can sign in to your account as usual. During the sign-in process, you will be prompted to generate a security code from your Authenticator App of choice. However, you will have the option to trust your device for 14 days, which will allow you to bypass the authentication process for the next 14 days.
How to Log In with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Once you have completed the setup of two-factor authentication (2FA), signing in to the software program is simple. Open the program and enter your username and password as usual. After submitting your login credentials, you will be prompted to enter a verification code. Open your Authenticator App, retrieve the code generated for your account, and enter it into the software. Once the code is accepted, you will be successfully logged in and ready to use the program. If you encounter any issues, please contact support for assistance.
