You can remove unwanted fields from any plan, as long as that plan is not Applied and you were the creator of the plan, by going to the plan and clicking on Select Fields:
Click on the Field you want to remove:
Now click on OK:
The Field has been removed:
To save the changes, click on Audit Plan:-
