Clicking Finish after placing at least 3 points will close the polygon and complete your field automatically.
Should you need to remove a point, click Remove Last Vertex.
Should you need to Cancel, click Cancel.
Be aware that points will automatically snap to existing boundaries at higher levels.
Any points that need adjusting can be edited in the next step.

Click each point, roughly round the edge of your field. and then select the Edit button.

Solid white ones are main points, transparent ones will allow you to adjust between points, creating extra angles in the boundary resulting in a more accurate outline -
