It is important that you keep the email you log in to the system with up to date.
Updates, billing, Maintenance and contact between yourself and Muddy Boots Support will rely on this and having it current will these make many processes easier for us and you.
To update your email, select your name from the top right corner:-
Then click Change Email Address on the right under Actions:-
You will now need to enter your current password and then your new email address, before clicking Change Email:-
This will trigger a verification email to be sent to your inbox new address, Once received, click Verify Email -
You will then be required to confirm the verification with your password. Click Change Email and then Complete on the next screen to finish the process.
Your browser may then prompt you to save the updated Password/email combination - Choosing to save this will avoid any confusion going forwards.
