Administrators and Managers of a subscription now have the option to edit the plans & programmes made by other users within their subscription. To utilise this feature it firstly needs to be activated from within the “Company Policies” section under “Subscription Settings”:

Once you have edited and saved someone else’s plan or programme, this will be denoted with your name at the top. Please note, there is no audit trail when making these changes.

Another much requested feature is here! When creating plans, programmes, activities and inspections, you now have the option to sort which order the fields are displayed in – making it even easier to choose. To do this, just click on the column you wish to sort by and it will sort it by ascending. If you click it once more it will then sort it by descending.
