GLGM Insights data source updates – September 2020

New Soil Analysis data source
When you start a new workbook, or add a data source to an existing workbook, you will now have the option to report on soil analysis data using the GLGM_SoilAnalysis data source:
This data source gives you access to the complete history of soil analysis results, but if you only want to show the latest test on a field use the “Is Latest” dimension.
You can use the “Number of Tests” measure to report on number of tests:
You can then drill into test result details using “Test Item Long Name” to select the attribute (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium etc), then the “Test Item Result” will give you the actual result values.
Actual Plant and Harvest Dates available in Cropping data source
When using the GLGM_Cropping data source, previously you could only report on the season start and end dates. Now, when the planting or harvest activities have been captured, you can report on the actual dates with these new dimensions:
This will allow you to view areas planted in specific weeks for example:
