The maintenance being completed is taking place on our attachments storage service, so will potentially impact our service slightly differently depending on the solution you are using.
The impact on each solution is detailed below:
TELUS Farm Management
Images normally displayed in the web browser may not be visible
The sync service of the mobile application will not be functioning
Image attachments may not load
TELUS Food Safety & Quality
You will be unable to download updates in QC Mobile
QC check reports may not show images for a period and errors may be seen when attempting to access images
QC2 should continue to function as expected
TELUS Supply Chain, Audits & Sustainability
Errors may be experienced when attempting to upload or view files/attachments
