Supply Chains are an integral part of Telus Supply Chain. The way to demonstrate who your customers and suppliers are is to create a chain which shows the route of a product to market.
The chains you create link you to other organisations within the system, so they determine who can share a file with you and who you can share files with!
Navigate to Chains and Add a new chain:
Firstly choose the Supply Type and Supply Chain Type and if you want the chain to demonstrate which products it relates to - please select the product by clicking on 'Select Products':
To add a Supplier, click add Supplier and then to add a Customer click add Customer:
Once you've added your Supplier(s) and Customer(s) you can then build out your chains by either adding more Suppliers, another origin of Supply or more Customers or another destination site!
Next you will then be able to see a preview of your chain before you save it and create the link between these organisations:
Once you're happy you have added the correct organisations to your supply chain, please ensure you click Save:
You will then find your Chain within the Chains screen:
