TSC - Exporting Organisations to Excel

Last week we released the functionality for all users to be able to export their organisations into a spreadsheet (previously this was only a Premium User feature).

Did you know this could help you better manage the information held against your growers/suppliers in the system?

Navigate to the ‘Organisations’ section from the main dashboard:

Once you are taken to the Organisations screen, on the right side you will see the new “Export” section, with a link that says “Export All organisations to Excel”:

Click on this link and your Excel Spreadsheet will download – once you open it, it will display all of your “Customers” in one tab and your “Suppliers” in the other.

The spreadsheet will contain the information about your Customers and Suppliers that is stored within Telus Supply Chain. This information contains:

  • Organisation Name as it appears in Supplier Approval,

  • Code,

  • Grower Code,

  • The organisation’s relationship to your organisation,

  • Category (Are they a grower or farmer),

  • Global G.A.P Number,

  • Global Location Number,

  • Sedex Site Reference,

  • Country,

  • Address,

  • Products,

  • Archived (Has the organisation been archived yes/no)

The Export functionality will be of particular benefit to you, if you either have a large amount of growers you need to manage the details for, or if you haven’t updated information about your growers for a while.

You can easily export the list of them and go through the details you have stored for them in the system and update them as required without having to manually go into the system and search for each individual organisation saving you time!
