Sometimes it's necessary to remove an Organisation from your Supply Base, as they may have stopped supplying your business.
To do this, navigate to the chains screen and find the chains that act as the link between your Organisation and your Grower/Suppliers:
Once you have located the chains, put a tick in the tickbox and on the right-hand side select 'Revoke' (but only if the Supply Chain has been Approved):
Ensure you enter a reason for revoking the Supply Chain when prompted and press 'OK':
The status of the chain will change to 'Revoked', then put another tick in the tickbox and on the right-hand side select 'Archive':
The Supplier will then be successfully removed from your Supply Base but will remain in the system if you ever needed to re-instate them!
