VIEW APPROVED CHAINS
To view the complete list of all approved chains, go to the Chains page and then using the Filter By options, click on Status, then Approved :
You will then see a list of approved chains.
VIEW CHAINS THAT ARE EXPIRING
To view the complete list of all chains that are expiring, go to Chains t(as above) and then using the Filter By options, click on Status, then Expiring :
You will then see a list of all chains that are expiring.
OBTAIN THE AUDIT HISTORY FOR A SPECIFIC CHAIN
To view a list of all the approvals for an individual chain, from the Chains page. find the specific chain, click the tick box and then click Chain details:
In the screen that opens, you will see the complete audit history of that chain, along with which user undertook the action and when they did it. You will also see any comments which have been made against the chain:
OBTAIN AN APPROVALS REPORT
Telus Supply Chain allows Premium users to view a report of all chains relating to their organization, along with the status of these chains. If you would like access to this feature, please contact your Account Manager.
Click on Approvals report.
This allows you to see all of your chains along with the status of each chain. You can filter the chains to see only Approved, Not approved, Expiring or Expired chains by clicking on the corresponding tab on the top right of the list.
You can also filter the chains by Approved On, Product, Origin, Destination and Country by clicking on the appropriate filter on the right of the screen.
ARCHIVING A CHAIN
You can archive a chain from view if you no longer want it to appear on Chains but may want to use it at a later date.
To archive a chain from view, go to Chains, locate the specific chain(s), click the tick box and then click on Archive:
The chain will then be hidden from view.
Please note: Archiving the chain from view does not affect any other data in the system, such as any Files or Tasks relating to the organisations in the chain.
VIEW ALL ARCHIVED CHAINS
To view all archived chains, go to the Chains page and click Show only:
Only chains that you have archived will then be displayed - the box icon indicates a chain is archived:
