Once you have uploaded a file, you may receive requests from other customers for you to share this file with them.
Please note – You can only share files that your organisation has uploaded or if the organisation adding the file has given permission.
SEE FILES YOU HAVE SHARED WITH ANY OTHER ORGANISATION
You can quickly see all files you have shared with a specific organisation:
Go to Files and in Filters, click Shared with:
2. This will bring up a list of all of your suppliers, customers and Public chain members. Click the organisation you wish to see and click Save:

VIEW A FILE
To view a file, follow these steps:
This will show a list of all files uploaded by your organisation, along with files other organisations have allowed you to view:
You can choose whether some columns appear in the display, selecting them once you press View Options:
If required, you can use the filters and the search box on the right hand side of the screen to locate your file.
Once you have located the file, click on the filename in green in the Details column:
The file will then open on your computer.
VIEW FILES THAT ARE EXPIRING
To view files that are expiring, click on Files in the menu and then select Expiring from the filter options:
You will be able to see files that are expiring, plus their expiry date, file details and details of which organisation uploaded the file.
To view the file, click on the filename in the Details column:
EDIT FILE DETAILS
If your organisation uploaded the file, you can edit details of the file. If your organisation did not upload the file, you will not be able to edit the file’s details.
Edit the details accordingly.
Click Save once completed.
UPLOAD A NEW VERSION OF A FILE
Once you have uploaded a file onto the system, you can manage all new versions of the file using the following steps.
To upload a new version of a file, go to Files and locate the file:
Put a tick in the file’s check box and then click Add a new version:
Complete the same steps as described in "TSC - Adding Files", ensuring you enter a new version number in the Version field. The static data such as File Type and Certification Body will be auto-populated.
Click Save at the bottom of the screen to complete.
