Did you know once a file has been added, you can share it to other organisations even if you originally restricted it to just one?
Locate the relevant file by navigating to the files tab, once you've found it select it by ticking the checkbox and on the right-hand side click ‘Share’:
Please note to share a file, the grey share icon must be present under the information section.
Once you have clicked ‘Share’ you can begin choosing which organisations you would like to share the file with from three sub-categories ‘My Customers’, ‘My Suppliers’, or ‘Public Chain Members’:
Tick which organisations you would like to share the file to and ensure you click save. The file when then be visible to the organisations you have selected - please note you can also choose here whether you want the organisations you are sharing the file with to also be able to share this further.
