Yes, you can work both Temper Staff shifts and FreeFlexing shifts. However, there are a few things to keep in mind:
Separate platforms
Shifts posted on the Temper Staff app won't appear on the freelancing platform, and vice versa. Each job and shift will only be listed on one platform. So you can search for jobs on any of the apps, depending on your preference of employment type or client!
Avoid overlapping shifts
Be careful not to schedule overlapping shifts. The 2 platforms are separate, and you won’t get a warning if shifts overlap. Overlapping shifts can lead to no-shows, which negatively affect your attendance record and profile attractiveness.
Managing your schedule
To make the most of both platforms, keep a close eye on your schedule. Plan carefully to avoid conflicts and ensure you can attend all your shifts. Withdraw pending applications if you don’t want to be selected last-minute.
