My registration with UberEats is rejected. Why?

You can be rejected by UberEats because of issues with your personal details or a past UberEats account

Written by Temper | Work to Live

When you apply for your first UberEats shift through Temper Staff, we trigger UberEats' onboarding process. At that point, UberEats may still reject your registration.

Here are some common reasons why this can happen:

  • You’ve had a previous UberEats account with issues.

If you used UberEats in the past and there were problems (like missed deliveries or a blocked account), UberEats may not accept your new registration. In this case, you’ll need to contact UberEats support through your old account. Unfortunately, Temper Staff can't step in here.

  • Incorrect or incomplete information.

If any of your details (like ID or personal info) are wrong or incomplete, UberEats may reject your registration. Please double-check everything before reapplying.

  • You’re already connected to another agency (like Adecco or Randstad).

UberEats only allows you to work through one agency. If you're currently signed up with another staffing agency, you’ll need to end that partnership before applying via Temper.

If you’re not sure what went wrong or need help checking your application, feel free to contact our support team. We’re happy to help you figure it out.
