As long as you’re actively using the platform, we keep the data we need to provide our services. If you haven’t used Temper Staff for 12 months, we’ll automatically delete your account along with your personal data on your profile. Of course you can always request to delete your account.
If you haven't worked through Temper Staff when your account is deleted, we will delete the associated personal data completely.
But if you did work at least one shift, we’re still required by law to keep some data stored for a longer period.
Obligation to keep records: by law we are required to keep records of your personal data for 7 years.
A copy of your ID: as your employer, we must keep this for at least 5 years after the calendar year in which you stopped working with Temper Staff.
When data is no longer needed or when the law requires us to delete it, we take all reasonable steps to remove it securely.
