Whether you haven’t set up your tenant portal yet or you just prefer a quicker option, Pay Link gives you a hassle-free way to pay—no usernames, passwords, or extra steps. Just click, pay, and you’re done.

Note: Pay Link is only available if you receive the secure link email for it or if the property manager sends you a direct link. It's also not available once you have started using the tenant portal.
Also, Pay Link payments can only be made with a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and will incur a 3.25% fee.
The Steps
You will receive a secure link by email or text. The link is unique to your lease. Once you receive the email, you will need to click the Pay Now link. (If you received the Pay Link URL directly from your property manager, the email may look different from the one below. It's also possible to receive the link directly through text message from your property manager.)
When you click the Pay Link URL, you will need to first verify your identity information before starting your payment. Verify to make sure that your Name, the Company Name (Property Management Company), and your Home Address are correct. Click Confirm Details if all looks good. If changes need to be made, contact the property manager and let them know what needs to be changed.
On the Make a Payment page, you'll be able to pay via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. These are the only payment methods that are available using Pay Link. The payment must also be paid in full. No partial payments allowed. (Note that this is only a one-time payment, and your payment method will not be saved.)
After payment is made, you will receive a payment receipt.
