Currently, there is no way to automatically split payments between you and your roommates. You will all see the same total balance due on your respective tenant portals. You and your roommates can manually split a payment and make a partial payment for the portion of the rent you intend to pay.

Please note that your Property Manager must have partial pay enabled for you to do this. If it is not enabled on your account, please contact your Property Manager and let them know you'd like to make partial payments and why.
