Overview
The Account Statement is a record of all the charges and payments made on your lease. Your property manager may have it set where you receive your account statement each month, but if. they don't, you can also download a copy of it manually on your tenant portal.
The Steps
To download your account statement on the tenant portal, click the Payments tab on your tenant portal.
Next, scroll down to the Transactions List section. Click the Download icon to download a copy of your account statement.
Depending on your browser or download settings, you will either open the PDF file of your account statement or download it to your default download location.
Note: Your security deposit will appear on the statement once your landlord or property manager has recorded the payment in DoorLoop. If you've paid your deposit but it isn't showing, contact your landlord or property manager — they may need to record the payment manually if it was paid outside DoorLoop.
