Overview

You can now make cash payments for your rent thanks to DoorLoop CashPayments Powered by Western Union. To make a cash rent payment, you only need to visit a location that offers Quick Collect Kiosks and provide a few pieces of information, which can be located on your tenant portal or the cash payment slip that you might receive each month with your rent reminders.

The Steps

  1. Log into your Tenant Portal. On the main Home page, click the button labeled CashPayments Slip.

  2. On the Cashpayment Slip, you will use the payment information shown and present it to any Quick Collect Kiosk location to pay your rent. If you don't know where your local Quick Collect location is, use the "Find the nearest location" link to search for a location near you.

(DO NOT USE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER IN THIS EXAMPLE.)

  3. There is a $3.95 service fee per payment for all Western Union Quick Collect Kiosk transactions. Once paid, the payment will appear on your tenant portal under the Payments section for your records.

If you run into any issues making a cash payment using CashPayments service, please contact your property manager who can further assist you in the process.

Note: The amount you pay must be the exact amount shown on the CashPayments slip.
