What's DHL Express and how do I use it ?
DHL Express is DHL's international shipping option, which means that DHL Express supports European domestic shipments, but does not support domestic shipments from anywhere else. For U.S. businesses, this means that DHL Express should strictly be used as an international option, or as a main European partner if your supply chain can originate shipments from Europe.
Tengiva can support the following DHL services:

DHL Express: Import/Export Accounts
DHL Express is unique in designating its users as an import or export account. All DHL Express customers will be given an export account, while import accounts will only be set up if the customer requires a returns account with DHL Express.
How do I track my order?
DHL eCommerce tracking will work similarly to other carrier integrations. It is important to note that DHL sometimes hands packages off to USPS for last-mile delivery in the United States, so tracking for final delivery is dependent on DHL receiving the updates from USPS and then providing that information on to Tengiva.
Using shipping carrier APIs
A shipping carrier API, like the MyDHL API, allows platforms to integrate with carrier services, automating shipping processes, tracking, and other shipping logistics operations. For your platform ‘Powered by Tengiva’ connecting with DHL through an API ensures seamless shipping management and real-time access to your DHL services for order fulfillment.
