Selecting your shipping carrier
Shipping carriers are the companies in charge of delivering orders to your clients. It is important to understand the different fees and the ways different carriers work.

General Rules
An account can only be created in a country where you have a business address.
There are better discount rates when the origin or destination is in the country registered with your account. All shipments not originating or landing in the country of the account are considered third party, which equals lower discount rate and raises the cost (approx. by 20% and 30%).
Price can be negotiated directly with your selected carrier based on the quantity of shipments per year.

Steps to connect your shipping account
Navigate to My Business > Shipping Accounts.
Prepare your shipping account details, such as account number and tax information.
Add your preferred shipping accounts and enable them as needed.
