What happens when a client places a swatch sample order
The buyer places a swatch order through the platform.
We prepare the swatches using the original 2-meter sample you sent for the initial set-up.
The swatches are shipped directly from our facilities to the buyer with your branding on the box.
Who handles the swatch preparation and shipping?
You don’t need to send anything again or coordinate delivery of the samples. We take care of the logistics so you can focus on your business.
Important: Inventory orders are different
The swatch process only applies to samples, not to products listed as inventory.
If you receive an inventory order, you are responsible for preparing and shipping the material.
