Payments are processed through Stripe. Tax information, reporting, and compliance are handled by the author and/or their payment provider.

How are payments processed if I am selling books directly on my site?
For Tertulia PRO (Beta) users, Stripe is the payment processor of all book transactions if you are selling directly on your site.
