First, check to make sure that your subscription payments are up-to-date. Second, make sure that you haven't changed any DNS settings such as the nameservers that point your domain to Tertulia. (Your site will not work if you change those.) Third, make sure that your site is set to "Publish" and not "Unpublish" on your home screen. My website was published and working but is no longer showing up. What can I do to get it back online?
