During the beta period of Tertulia PRO, my campaign stopped sending or my request to upload additional recipients to my mailing list was denied. Why is that?

To protect deliverability during beta, we’re unable to approve additional imports at this time. We recommend sending only to fully opted-in contacts, removing inactive subscribers, and ensuring subject lines clearly match your content. Once performance improves, we’re very happy to re-evaluate.
