You can upload your mailing list in a CSV format or download from an existing email provider like Mailchimp, Mailerlite or Kit.com. You can download the import template in the Audience section when you click on "Import."
When you start sending from a new domain, emailing a large list right away can be a red flag to inbox providers like Gmail. To protect your sender reputation, we start with an initial import limit of 200 contacts. This helps you send to your most engaged audience first and build a strong track record.
Before importing, we recommend:
• Removing old or inactive addresses (6–12+ months)
• Only including contacts who have clearly opted in
• Focusing on your most engaged readers
After your first campaign, we review performance and can increase your limit.
