Yes, you can definitely downgrade your PRO plan to a Basic plan. Go to your Profile > click the "..." next to your website subscription plan > select 'Change Your Plan' > select the 'Downgrade to Basic' button.
*Please note once you downgrade to the Basic plan, you will no longer be able to sell directly from the site or send email campaigns.
