We typically don't recommend allowing for refunds, since you won't get back your Stripe transaction fees, and you would have to manage that customer service burden. However, if you must refund a customer you can do the following:
Click on Ecommerce payouts
Click on Visit Your Stripe Dashboard
Click on the payment you wish to refund
Hit Refund
