How can I change my address in my connected Stripe account?

Learn how to change your address in your connected Stripe account.

First, log in to your Tertulia editor and go to Ecommerce > Payouts. There is an option to log in to your Stripe dashboard. Then, click Settings in the menu on the lower left side. There's a section for Personal Details. Click Edit > Change Address.

*Note: Stripe needs to verify this address and you will not be eligible for Payouts until that verification occurs. (It is often within minutes but can take up to a day or two). We would NOT recommend using an address that is a new PO box or one that you have not used before, as it may not be easily verifiable.

Again, we don't recommend changing your address because Stripe will need to re-verify your account. There shouldn't be any need to do this, since your address is not public-facing anywhere. You control the address you want to make visible on your site or Terms of Use - we do not share your details.

If you really must change the address associated with your Stripe account, you can do so with the steps below. However, please note that your Ecommerce may be interrupted while you are making this change.
