Purpose
The Advanced Reports screen is the central location for downloading pre-built and custom-built CSV reports. This guide explains how to access and run these reports.
Step 1: Navigate to the Advanced Reports Screen
From the main menu on the left, select Advanced Reports.
Step 2: Locate Your Report
The screen will display a list of all available reports, including pre-built advanced reports and any custom reports that have been created for you.
Find the report you wish to run in the list.
Step 3: Download the Report
Click the Download button next to the required report to generate and download it to your computer as either a CSV file (left) or an Excel file(right).
💡 Tip
Multiple download options: The Advanced Reports screen may show two download buttons for each report. Ensure you click the correct one for the desired format.
