Purpose
Reset another user’s password so they can regain access to the app. Only users with Client Administrator access can perform this task.
Step 1: Open the User Administration Screen
Step 2: Select the User
Step 3: Reset the Password
In the panel on the right, click the Reset button.
A confirmation prompt will appear. Click OK to confirm.
The user will receive an email containing a secure link to set a new password.
Alternative solution
A user may reset their own password from the login page by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link.
⚠️ Watchouts
Expired email links: Reset links expire after 24 hours and only the most recent link will work.
Email delivery issues: If the reset email does not arrive, verify email spelling and refer to Troubleshooting Email Delivery Problems.
💡 Tips
Alternative access recovery: Users may reset their own password via the Forgot your password? link on the login page.
Quick validation: Ask the user to check spam or junk folders before performing another reset.
