Before Assuming Something Is Wrong
When the app was implemented, the imported data would have been validated against your ERP. If you notice a difference later, consider the following:
Sync Timing: Data is typically synced between your ERP and the app once per day.
In-day Activity Will Not Show Immediately: Transactions that have occurred during the day will not be reflected in the app.
Allocated Stock Displays Differently: Some data may show in the app differently, such as already allocated sales orders, which show in the allocated stock quantity (and not as outstanding sales orders)
