How To: Delete an Existing User

Purpose

Remove a user from the app when they no longer require access. Only users with Client Administrator access can perform this task.


Step 1: Open the User Administration Screen

  1. Navigate to System > User admin.


Step 2: Select the User to Delete

  1. Click on the email address of the user you wish to edit.

  2. In the panel on the right, click the Delete user button.


Step 3: Delete the User

  1. A confirmation dialog will appear.

    • If you also want to remove the user’s comments from the app, select Also delete the user’s comments.

  2. Click OK to confirm.​

The user will be removed immediately and will no longer be able to access the app.


⚠️ Watchouts

  • Deletion is permanent: Once a user is deleted, their access cannot be restored. If the user may need access again in the future, consider editing their permissions instead.

  • Immediate impact: Deleted users lose access instantly, including active sessions.
