Explore our test library and improve the accuracy of your personalized profiles.

Objective

The "Library" section gives you access to all the digitized tests included in our tool, as well as any customized tests created in your account. At the moment, we have 64 digitized tests ready for use. From this section, you can explore and choose the tests that best suit your evaluation processes.


How to use the "Library" section

When accessing the "Library" section, you will find all the tests organized by categories, making it easier to search and select. You can also look for customized tests or select any of the already digitized ones.


Categories and examples of available tests:

  • Intelligence: Wonderlic Test.

  • Personality: Tests like DISC, 16PF, integrity (honesty), Big Five (5F), among others.

  • Skills: Leadership and sales style tests.

  • Technical: Tests on programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint at various levels; language tests (English, French, German) at various levels; and software tests like Trello, Slack, Asana.

  • Customized Tests: Find tailored tests.


Key Features

  • Test details: For each test, you can click "View Details" to access the full description, average and maximum duration, and the option to preview how the test will appear to the candidate.

  • Identifiable Categories: Categories are organized by name and color, enabling quick and easy navigation and selection.

  • Digitize your own tests: Digitize your technical tests by downloading and submitting the corresponding template available in the "Technical" category, using the "Digitize Technical Test" option.


Considerations for uploading a technical test to the platform

When uploading a technical test, keep the following points in mind:

  • Test Name: Ensure the test name is placed in the first column of the file.

  • Numeric values: Verify that all numbers in column B are integers.

  • Restriction in column D: Do not include letters in column D.

  • Length of questions and answers: Each question and answer should have a maximum of 250 characters to ensure proper upload and display.

  • Test Duration: Specify the maximum duration for the technical test.

  • Passing Percentage: Define the minimum passing percentage required.


Tips and Best Practices

  • Review before use: Before applying a digitized test to create a profile, review its details in the library to ensure it meets your specific requirements.

  • Efficient Search: Use category filters or search directly by the test name if you already know what you need, saving time and quickly finding what you're looking for.
