When would I need to factory reset a TetherBox?
We recommend factory resetting your TetherBox when moving to a new geographical location or switching across to a new Timeline.
For example, you were using a TetherBox on a test site and decided to move it to a client site. Or, a client who has multiple locations asked you to take a TetherBox from an existing location and move it a brand new one.
How do I Factory Reset a TetherBox?
Login to your Timeline and find your TetherBox.
Tap the name of the TetherBox.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on "Factory Reset".
4. Tap 'I am sure I want to proceed!'
Note: You will be prompted to enter your email and password to confirm you want to factory reset this TetherBox.
