Please note that you can only create a new user if you are an Admin or Integrator. If you do not have the necessary permissions, please contact the company who installed your system for help.

To create a new User:

1. Hover over the Settings panel and click Users

2. At the bottom of the page click New User

3. Select which type of user you want to create

4. Enter the contact details for the new user in the General tab.

You can choose to set a pre-defined expiry date for this new user's access in this tab. This is particularly useful if you want to give someone temporary access to the platform.

You can also choose what they can view and and control in the Permissions tab and what notifications they will receive in the Notifications tab.

5. Select which timeline(s) you want the user to be able to access and (when you have selected the timeline) which specific cameras in the timeline they can access.

6. When you have entered the required information click create at the bottom of the page

When the new user has been successfully created on the platform, they will receive a welcome email allowing them to set up a new password.
